IEEE Student Branch College of Engineering Karunagappally, in collaboration with Women In Engineering Affinity Group and IEEE PES SBC CEK, proudly presents the third edition of Women in Power Summit (WIPS 3.0) from 10th to 12th March, 2023 with the goal of establishing an exceptional networking bridge among people from all over the country. We hope to make a difference by empowering emerging women in social and technical fields. The event includes workshops ,interactive sessions with young professionals, talk sessions and many more. The event aims to enhance the interaction between students and young professionals, which will have a new technological impact on humanity.
It will present a fresh concept, motivate participants to investigate it further on their own, or serve to illustrate and encourage the use of the real process. It is an excellent way to teach practical skills since it allows students to experiment and fail in a secure setting.

Industrial visits represent an important activity in any engineering undergraduate programme that contributes to the achievement of various essential learning outcomes and programme objectives. It provide us with an opportunity to learn practically through interaction, working methods and employment practices. It gives us an exposure to current work practices as opposed to theoretical knowledge being taught at their college classrooms. Women In Power Summit is a national level technical symposium of passionate and enchanting student engineers.The event is organised at global level by IEEE Student Branch College of Engineering Karunagappally in association with Women in Engineering affinity group.
